4. Coordinate internal resources to facilitate smooth onboarding and business launch for new sellers, providing excellent customer service.
5. Continuously monitor partnership performance, optimize the investment process, and enhance cooperation satisfaction and retention rates.
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in business development or merchant recruitment; background in e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
4. Familiar with e-commerce industry trends; possess a deep understanding of the needs of online marketplace sellers; able to develop targeted merchant recruitment plans.
5. Project management skills; able to work efficiently in multitasking environments and ensure projects are completed on time.
