Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy:
1. Develop and execute sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and promote services (freight forwarding, contract logistics, etc.).
2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure service satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis: Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and identify areas for company enhancement.
4. Collaboration: Work with operations, finance, and overseas partners to deliver integrated solutions.
5. Reporting: Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Experience: Proven sales/management experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain.
2. Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, and business acumen.
3. Knowledge: Understanding of logistics processes, trade channels, and market dynamics.
