In this role, you will be responsible for all below activities, including:
Campaign Operations:
• Bring campaigns to life by supporting end-to-end setup - from planning to execution - across key onsite channels (homepage, campaign pages, homepage tool tips,..)
• Coordinate across departments (Category, Design, Marketing, Traffic,..) to ensure all campaign assets and content go live on time and with high accuracy
• Curate compelling product selections that align with campaign themes and shopper interests, maximizing traffic and conversion
• Track and manage campaign milestones, ensuring smooth execution through detailed planning, campaign calendar alignment, and clear documentation
• Monitor live campaign performance, flag issues promptly, and work with stakeholders to troubleshoot in real time
• Support ad hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth daily execution
• Bachelor's degree, major in Economics/ Commerce is preferred
• Careful, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution and project management
• 3+ year of working experience
• Good at communication with different stakeholders
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills and SQL is a plus.
