As part of Lazada's FBP team, you’ll be the trusted go-to partner for both business and finance internal stakeholders, focusing on data driven analytics. You won’t just crunch numbers, you’ll shape the way data drives decisions. Your mission:

-Take full ownership of the end-to-end development of dashboards that empower regional FBP team to make smart, data-driven decisions

-Partner closely with business teams to ensure financial reflections match the reality of operational processes

-Collaborate with Data, Product, and Tech stakeholders to align on FBP's data needs and establish a reliable upstream data source

-Extract valuable insights from data and provide guidance on different analytical perspectives to enhance decision-making

- Serve as the team's data expert, enhancing overall team's data literacy through knowledge sharing, training, and resources.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree Finance / Accounting (preferred) or Data Science / Statistics
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in a business or finance context
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation languages (e.g. SQL, Python, SQL preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A genuine interest in business models and processes, enabling you to advise stakeholders with clarity and impact
- Experience working in a fast-paced / high-growth environment, ideally e-commerce
- A hands-on attitude — you're not afraid to dig into the weeds when needed to get things right
- Bilingual - Native Chinese and working level proficiency in English
