3、Collaborate with product and technical teams, conduct A/B testing to evaluate new features or strategies, driving business growth.

5、Build and maintain a data reporting system, regularly reporting on business status to ensure a clear understanding of the business across the team.
【职位要求】:
1、本科及以上学历,统计学、数学、计算机科学或相关专业。
2、3年以上数据分析经验,有搜索、推荐或广告系统经验者优先。
3、熟练掌握SQL、Python或R等数据处理工具,具备数据建模和机器学习基础。
4、具备良好的业务理解能力,能够将复杂数据转化为可操作的业务洞察。
5、优秀的沟通和团队协作能力,能够与跨职能团队有效合作。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
2、More than 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in search, recommendation, or advertising systems.
3、Proficient in data processing tools like SQL, Python, or R, with a foundation in data modeling and machine learning.
4、Strong business acumen, able to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
5、Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
