2. Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks to the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
3. Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with Alibaba International's standards.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct risk assessments, analyze trends, and report findings to senior management.
5. Monitor and review existing controls to ensure their effectiveness in managing identified risks.
6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, incorporating relevant updates into risk management processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in risk management is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management / fraud management, preferably in a multinational company or within the e-commerce industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to do complex SQL, interpret complex data and present findings to non-technical audiences.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
