• Manage assigned FMCG/Health brands and support overall account performance, including sales, assortment, inventory, pricing, promotions, and profitability.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive business targets and resolve operational issues.
• Support assortment planning, purchase orders, inventory monitoring, stock availability, and replenishment.
• Coordinate campaign participation, promotional mechanics, pricing, and other commercial activities.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, assortment, and inventory productivity.
• Support pharmacy and regulatory requirements for the Retail business, including FDA/LTO compliance and other requirements related to regulated products.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for products requiring pharmacist oversight.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Commercial, and other relevant teams.
• Serve as an additional licensed pharmacist resource for the Retail business to ensure business continuity.
• Develop e-commerce and retail account management capabilities through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Must be a Registered/Licensed Pharmacist in the Philippines with an active PRC license.
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience; fresh graduates are not eligible.
• Preferably with at least basic account management, key account management, sales, commercial, business development, or client-facing experience.
• E-commerce or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, consumer health, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and basic business performance analysis.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple operational and commercial priorities.
• Willing to learn e-commerce, retail operations, assortment management, inventory management, and commercial planning.
• Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
