We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our Strategic Partnerships team. This role is crucial for identifying, cultivating, and managing key partnerships that drive our company's growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong business development, relationship-building, and analytical skills.

• B2B e-Gift Card Sales: end-to-end e-Gift card sales from operations, active new customer outreach and acquisition. Manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Media Barter: Lead end-to-end media barter partnerships—negotiating and executing strategic agreements with media agencies, platforms, and corporate partners to exchange gift cards and vouchers for high-impact visibility and advertising assets. Quantify deal values and track campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with core marketing objectives.
• Execute Strategic Partnerships: Drive end-to-end strategic partnerships, from identifying new opportunities to structuring deals and executing agreements. This includes cultivating relationships, negotiating terms, and monitoring performance to support market expansion and business growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and project manager for all internal teams involved in a partnership. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.

• 3-5 years of work experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, relationship-building, and independent work capabilities
• Strong understanding of e-commerce or digital platforms is highly beneficial
• Demonstrates high degree of adaptability and thrive in ambiguity
• Fluency in English and Thai
