2) Design and execute analysis to uncover insights critical for key business decisions.
3) Develop and maintain data frameworks, pipelines, and dashboards to identify and mitigate risks, as well as to capitalise on opportunities.
4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvements in Search products.
5) Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Quantitative Research, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, data insights, or business intelligence.
3. Advanced proficiency in SQL, with strong capability to create, maintain, update, and design complex queries.
4. Exceptional written, verbal, and professional communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. Proven ability to work independently on multiple high-priority initiatives, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
7. A demonstrated deep passion for the E-commerce and tech industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in traffic product analysis (e.g. Search, recommendation, Ads).
2. Understanding of traffic product analysis trends and metrics.
3. Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis.
