- Strong concept on supplier relationship management
- Implement and executive strategic category management and procurement processes and optimization in the support of business objectives
- Thorough analysis of spending and partnership with business functions, and development of overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the company.
- Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team.
- Reviews, and manages the contracts and supplier/agency negotiations and feedback; tracks key framework contracts & expiration dates to ensure continuous and uninterrupted flow of supply for operations.
- Initializes rate cards & staffing plans to bring efficiency to the sourcing, benchmarking & negotiations processes
- Make recommendations for procurement strategies, processes & procedures by utilizing analytics and market intelligence.
- Pro-actively develops and manages key stakeholders, suppliers, and agencies; develops relationships, completes scorecards, communicates feedback.
- Follows the SOPs and policy set by the Procurement Guidelines and educates colleagues on best practices and ways of working.
- Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies.
- Assist in the development of KPIs and SLAs for suppliers.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, finance and accounting.
- Manage the local WPS business(Work Place Services) in the Philippines
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, or Supply Chain
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in procurement.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge in MSOffice.
