• Develop campaign plan and strategy for key / focus categories
• Own, plan and manage (end-to-end) category campaigns which includes post campaigns analysis
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform campaign strategies and optimize campaign performance
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for various marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product, creative, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and target audience
• Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or issues
• Proactively recommend and support the implementation of new Campaigns mechanics and strategies to boost performance and engagement
• Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations of the system and its individual modules that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective
• Ability to understand the end-to-end shopping journey and recommend action plans at each touchpoint to elevate overall customer’s experience
• Leverage data-driven insights to make strategic decisions, continually refining campaigns for improved results and customer experience.
• Assess campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in campaign management or project management preferably in a B2B e-commerce or tech environment.
• Proven team leading experience, especially with members with diverse background.
• Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, while also being data-driven in decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
