Roles & Responsibilities
1、Develop and implement pricing strategies for Retail department, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market competitiveness.
2、Conduct market research and analyze competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions and optimize profitability.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain, to ensure pricing strategies are integrated across all channels.
4、Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
5、Manage and maintain pricing databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the pricing systems.
6、Develop and maintain pricing guidelines and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
7、Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance pricing efficiency.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
3、Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
4、Proficient in using Excel and pricing software tools for data analysis and modeling.
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
6、Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
7、Understanding of retail market dynamics and customer behavior, with a focus on value-based pricing.
