Category Operations:
• Build, manage & maintain the relationship between Lazada, key brand partners & suppliers
• Identifies ways to drive sales through business analysis and ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
• Responsible for optimizing the P&L of the portfolio and ensuring that promotions delivered are competitive and relevant to the target market
• Evaluate performance on a monthly basis and review with key brand partners to optimize product, pricing, and promotion decisions, as well as marketing spend
• Track and optimize input metrics in sourcing, pricing, and traffic to ensure healthy inventory movement
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like marketing, campaigns, and fulfillment
Assortment Operations:
• Manage and maximize assortment life cycle
• Expand top items with competitive prices according to categories’ strategies
• Plan and maintain constant stock availability to ensure on target GMV growth
• Acquire comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insights to drive assortment success
Campaign Operations:
• Plan according to campaign calendar and guide sellers to submit all eligible products for campaigns
• Negotiate attractive prices on key/top selling products and ensure stock availability
• Work with key brand partners for support mechanics/ promotions to make campaign deals even more attractive like vouchers, free shipping, combo etc.
• Collaborate with campaign/ channel teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign submission and execution
Qualifications & Skills
• 4+ years of working experience in the respective industry (Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, Home etc.)
• Self-motivated, can-do attitude, enthusiasm for ecommerce and its possibilities
• Outstanding communication and convincing skills
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
• Fluency in Vietnamese, good knowledge of English language
• Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Retail and Marketing knowledge experience a plus
