3、Proactively identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
4、Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, and product) to align strategies and maximize account potential.
5、Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and improve account performance.
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above five years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry, interest in Health and Beauty category is a plus.
3、Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4、Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5、Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and platform, as well as an understanding of the local e-commerce landscape.
6、Effective problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer issues and identify market opportunities.
7、Fluent in Vietnamese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
