Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Performance Monitoring:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide regular updates and insights on business performance to the COO and other senior management.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly.
2. OKR Progress Tracking:
• Monitor and follow up on the progress of Commercial/Country OKRs.
• Collaborate with department heads and regional managers to ensure alignment and timely achievement of OKRs.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to present OKR progress to the COO and senior management.
3. Document Preparation:
• Prepare and compile comprehensive documents for management and business review meetings with the CEO and Group Management team.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, well-organized, and presented in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a repository of key business documents and presentations.
4. Meeting Coordination:
• Coordinate and schedule business review meetings with the CEO and Group Management team.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for these meetings.
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
6. Communication and Collaboration:
• Serve as a liaison between the COO and various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
7. Project Management:
• Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned by the COO.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Provide regular updates on project status and any issues or risks.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA is preferred but not required.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in a corporate company or consulting group, with a focus on business performance monitoring, data analysis, and project management.
o Proven experience in supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level.
• Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
o Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
o Experience with OKR frameworks and performance management systems.
