1.Monitor WH operation daily from order inflow to failure delivery, tracking daily inbound, outbound and stock management.
Digitalization and refined operation on WHs' SLA, quality and other indicators follow-up and guarantee the SLA improvement.
2. Improve management of WHs operation indicators. Daily operational on-going from problem revise to be fixed, it is not only included by functional coordination with other teams( planner, logsitics,pick up team,etc.) on DIM,3PL pick up , WHs working SOP and help to get system fix to increase efficiency.
3.Forecsting on WHs manpower productivity and capacity measurement from inbound to outbound,better to have planning by week, by month and by big campaigns.WHs abnormalities tracking: backlog either on inclement weather or lacking manpower, etc. To fix backlog issues with functional depts and onwards to attain normal running in WHs.
4.Verify the abnormal stock and guarantee the accurate stock management. Monthly submit the compensation after reviewing with supply chain - planner and regional operation Pics.。
5.Landing plan smoothly for Whs Opening/Moving/ Expansion/ Withdraw by different criterias.。
6.Pre-control for various abnormal issues, weekly/ monthly/ big campaigns checking and reporting in time to well set up inspection to prevent least loss in WHs

1. Have 5 years or more of relevant work experience in warehouse operation in the B2C field of e-commerce logistics.
2. Familiar with logistics systems and experience in warehouse planning.
3. Experience in standardizing warehouse operation systems and refining warehouse operation management.
4. Have overseas logistics operations, priority given to planning work background,
5. Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English communication and able to travel to Southeast Asia.
