1. Create visually appealing designs for a broad range of marketing materials, including brochures, posters, digital banners, infographics, email headers, landing pages, social media graphics, website elements, and training decks.
2. Collaborate with internal teams—including Campaign, Social Media, Education, and Seller Engagement—to conceptualize and produce visual content aligned with specific campaign objectives.
3. Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all seller-facing and campaign materials.
4. Support both local and regional design requests by tracking tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Coordinate with fellow designers by assigning PICs (Persons-In-Charge), reviewing outputs, and maintaining design quality standards.
6. Edit and retouch images, create vector graphics and illustrations, and prepare final files for both print production and digital usage.
7. Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into the company's visual identity.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
4. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (essential for presentations and training decks).
5. (Added Advantage) Experience with Adobe After Effects (for basic motion/animation) and Canva (for quick template creation and collaboration).
6. Strong visual storytelling and the ability to communicate messages effectively through design.
7. Excellent layout and typographic skills, especially for infographics, presentations, and long-form content.
8. Versatility in designing a range of assets: digital banners, logos, icons, email (EDMs), posters, social media posts, and microsite visuals.
9. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
10. Ability to think creatively while adhering to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
11. Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work efficiently within a cross-functional team environment.
12. Solid portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and projects, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.
