1. Manage and execute end to end onsite marketing campaigns on RedMart, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
2. Analyze campaign data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
3. Work with multiple stakeholders across functions in the organization and an off-shore team to program manage campaign planning and activation.
4. Be the bridge between the Category Managers, Suppliers and Operations team to ensure that the assets are compliant to the RedMart's asset guideline.
5. Responsible for creating platform vouchers and supplier coupon codes and conduct post mortem analysis of voucher performance
6. Coordinate and give recommendations on customer-facing engagement tools such as Flash Sales, Livestreaming, etc.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 0 to 2 years of experience in campaign management or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
3. Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive with a passion for e-Commerce and understanding the consumer journey
4. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
5. Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs and execute
6. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously to prioritize them and meet deadlines
7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
8. Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude.
