【Job Title】:Key Account Manager (KAM) FMCG

【Job Description】:
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on driving sales growth and increasing market share for Alibaba International in the Malaysia region.
2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
3、Proactively identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and develop sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless account management and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
5、Monitor and report on account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3、Solid understanding of the Malaysian market and proven track record in achieving sales targets within the sector.
4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively at all levels.
5、Self-motivated with a strong drive for results, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6、Familiarity with LAZADA's platform and the wider Alibaba International ecosystem is highly desirable.
