1、Lead and manage a team of researchers to conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence in the e-commerce industry, with a focus on the Thailand-Bangkok region.
2、Develop and implement research methodologies to gather, analyze, and interpret data on consumer behavior, market trends, and key player strategies.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to provide strategic insights and recommendations for business growth and decision-making.
4、Regularly present research findings and insights to senior management, ensuring the information is actionable, well-structured, and tailored to the target audience.
5、Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, and assess their potential impact on the business.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
2、Above eight years of experience in market research, with a proven track record in the e-commerce or digital industry.
3、Strong understanding of the Thai market and the ability to identify key trends and consumer preferences in the Bangkok area.
4、Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
5、Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear and concise insights.
6、Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to a diverse audience.
7、Fluent in Thai and English, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across different departments and stakeholders.
Note: This position is based in Thailand-Bangkok, and the successful candidate will be a part of the LAZADA team, reporting to the designated department head.
